Rustic Meadows is tucked away in a small friendly quiet town called New Lothrop.
Our Venue offers the convenience of having both your ceremony and reception on site with a warm inviting country atmosphere. We can comfortably hold 220 Guests inside.
Did you know that here at Rustic Meadows we also offer other services too?

We also rent our Venue out for birthday parties, gatherings, meetings, Christmas parties, family reunions, memorials, graduation parties and even have some events open to the public!
What we offer
Inside the Hall
Elegant with a touch of Rustic. Having a wedding vision in your head is one thing, but trying to effectively turn your ideas into a cohesive theme while also communicating your style to your wedding vendor can be tricky at times. We will go above and beyond to ensure your big day is exactly how you picture it to be. Our team will work closely with you while your wedding day approaches to ensure we are making all your dreams come true.
Pavillion
Step outside to this magical bliss under our beautifully decorated pavilion. Outside with nature. In this area we offer 6 Rustic white pews along with white chairs for your guests. It is surrounded by woods and fields. Decorated to your liking.
Outdoor fire pit
Sit by the cozy fire with the option to roast marshmallows. This fire pit is fully stocked at your request for your event. It is located right outside next to the Pavilion and outdoor silo bar where you can enjoy your drinks or bring games for your guest to play outside as another option.
Bridal Suite
The Bridal Suite offers a large and elegant space for brides to prepare for their special day, complete with private dressing areas, full-length mirrors, and beautiful decor to create a serene atmosphere.
Silo bar
The Silo Bar is located next to the pavilion and fire pit. It offers a unique experience with its rustic charm and modern touches, providing a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing evening with your guests.
Photobooth
Our Photobooth service provides entertainment for all ages, making it the perfect addition to any celebration.
On site baker
Are you looking for someone to do your cakes and cupcakes? Well look NO further! Because We offer an onsite baker! Decorating a cake is truly an art form and one of the focal points of your big day that will get a lot of attention, it's so important that you choose your baker wisely and they know what your ideas are for your sweets and get it just right. Bakery can also be found on Facebook called Nichole Lee Cakes
Table, Chair and Linen rentals
Are you planning an event at home but don't have enough chairs or tables? Maybe you need to rent some linens for the party you're having here at Rustic Meadows don't worry! WE GOT YOU COVERED!
